Regular is 6 inches long and the minis are 3 inches long.
What is the shelf life of your biscotti?
Because of their low moisture content, our biscotti have a six month minimum shelf life. Keep them away from direct sunlight and they will maintain freshness for months.
Do you have a Nutrition Label for your products?
We're working on that right now and will have it available to the public shortly.
Are you FDA approved?
Yes, we are and we are proud to say we passed with flying colors! We wanted to make sure that everything is as it should be and that we're crossing all our t's and dotting our i's.
What kind of ingredients do you use?
We only use the finest ingredients that we can find on the market. Because our biscotti are made by hand, we carefully measure and treat each batch as if we are making it for our families. Each batch has to be perfect. If it doesn't measure up, we just don't sell it.
How do you package your products?
Our biscotti are sealed in clear cellophane to keep their freshness and to adhere to the FDA standards. We carefully package everything to keep the cookies fresh and, more importantly, to keep you safe.
