Shipping, Terms & Conditions
Our biscotti are baked to order, so please allow between 2 - 3 business days for orders to be prepared for shipment. However in many cases orders are shipped the next day.
Gift baskets are shipped within 2 business days (48 hours).
All orders are shipped via UPS ground or or USPS. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Anita's Biscotti is not responsible for delayed or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Gift basket orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of order. Food products cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason other than damages once it has been shipped per Federal law. All food items must be destroyed once they're returned.
Individual flavors may be cancelled within 24 hours of order but the sooner it is cancelled the better.
Refunds & Returns
We only give store credit. If you insist on a refund to your credit card, there is a $15 bank charge charged by the merchant account bank that you are liable for and will have to pay before being refunded. We do not give store credit or refunds on shipping charges. You will only receive store credit on the actual order minus shipping and any other applicable non-returnable fees.
We take great care in packaging our products, however biscotti are fragile. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. Should you receive a package that is greatly damaged please contact us.
We have done our best to accurately and faithfully describe our products and will stand behind them. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your item carefully when you receive it. Biscotti are fragile and would like to hope they arrive break free, but that is not always the case. If your order arrives in an unacceptable condition (more than 5% breakage), please reach out to us and we will do everything in our power to make it right. We offer a little room for breakage, Please return your damaged item within 5 days of receipt and upon return of the item we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price less any shipping charges or applicable bank charges.

UPS Ground - 1 to 7 business days
We use UPS Ground as our standard mode of shipping unless you request other. For items oversize and over weight, we use other methods. For all orders, shipping is determined by weight and geographic location.
UPS Next Day - Next business day in the PM
UPS Next Day requires an additional charge. For all orders, shipping is determined by weight and geographic location.

USPS (United States Postal Service)
Orders to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, and Canada require an additional shipping charge.
We are currently shipping all continental USA orders by USPS. Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when the order is shipped with the USPS . If you have opted to receive your order by UPS, you will be supplied a tracking number. Your order should arrive within 1-7-business days from the time you receive the email notification, depending on your state. To track your order, go to the UPS web site.
Lost Shipment
Because regular USPS ground service provides no guarantees, Anita's cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders using USPS ground option. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the invoice. Anita's will not be held responsible for lost gift certificates as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US mail or supplying an incorrect e-mail address or shipping address. We can only deliver to what you give us. Please provide accurate information to ensure delivery in a reasonable time.
