Regular size: 6"Every month Anita's offers a monthly theme biscotti. Theme flavor biscotti are only available during these specified months:
- January - Date & Walnut: Toasted walnuts and chopped fresh dates topped with coarse sugar
- February - Chocolate Covered Strawberry: A strawberry biscotti studded with dried strawberries and topped with a dark chocolate dip.
- March- Choco-Mint-Chip: A chocolate biscotti with creme-de-menthe chips, topped with a mint-chocolate swirl.
- April - Cookie Butter: real cookie butter in our classic biscotti recipe, topped with a sweet cookie butter drizzle.
- May - Hummingbird: a banana biscotti loaded with pecans, pineapples and cinnamon, finished with cream cheese white chocolate and pecans on top
- June - Moose Tracks: a vanilla biscotti with chopped peanut butter cups and dark chocolate chunks, topped with a peanut butter and dark chocolate drizzle
- July - Mixed Berry White Chocolate Chunk: A vanilla biscotti loaded with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and white chocolate chunks, topped with a white chocolate drizzle
- August - Peach Mango: a vanilla biscotti with a blend of mango and peaches, finished with a peach glaze on top
- September - Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chunk: a vanilla based biscotti, with a touch of bourbon and loaded with pecans and chocolate chunks, finished with a chocolate dip with sea salt
- October - Caramel Apple: A cinnamon biscotti loaded with cinnamon-sugar apples and caramel bits, finished with a cinnamon glaze
- November - Pumpkin Cream Cheese: A vanilla based biscotti with real pumpkin, finished with a cream cheese white chocolate dip
- December - Peppermint Stick: A vanilla based biscotti with peppermint extract and peppermint crunch baking chips, finished with a dark chocolate dip and crushed candy canes. Gingerbread: a molasses base biscotti mixed with dried ginger chunks and blackstrap molasses throughout, finished with a white chocolate coating and Holly Berry sprinkles
