Regular size: 6"Every month Anita's offers a monthly theme biscotti. Theme flavor biscotti are only available during these specified months:
- January - Hot Chocolate: triple chocolate biscotti, topped with milk and white chocolate and micro mini marshmallows
- February - Red Velvet: A red velvet biscotti with a cream cheese white chocolate frosting
- March - Choco-Mint-Chip: A chocolate biscotti with crème de menthe chips and crème de menthe chocolate spread on top
- April - Hummingbird: a vanilla biscotti with banana flavor, loaded with pecans, pineapples, and cinnamon, finished with cream cheese white chocolate and pecans on top
- May - Key Lime: A vanilla biscotti with lime flavor and lime zest, finished with a white chocolate drizzle
- June - Moose Tracks: a vanilla biscotti with chopped peanut butter cups and dark chocolate chunks, topped with a peanut butter and dark chocolate drizzle
- July - Mixed Berry White Chocolate Chunk: A vanilla biscotti loaded with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and white chocolate chunks, topped with a white chocolate drizzle
- August - Peach Mango: a vanilla biscotti with a blend of mango and peaches, finished with a peach glaze on top
- September - Bourbon Pecan Chocolate Chunk: a vanilla based biscotti, with a touch of bourbon and loaded with pecans and chocolate chunks, finished with a chocolate dip with sea salt
- October - Caramel Apple: A cinnamon biscotti loaded with cinnamon-sugar apples and caramel bits, finished with a cinnamon glaze
- November - Pumpkin Cream Cheese: A vanilla based biscotti with real pumpkin, finished with a cream cheese white chocolate dip
- December - Peppermint Stick: A vanilla based biscotti with peppermint extract and peppermint crunch baking chips, finished with a dark chocolate dip and crushed candy canes. Gingerbread: a molasses base biscotti mixed with dried ginger chunks and blackstrap molasses throughout, finished with a white chocolate coating and Holly Berry sprinkles
